Biography Andy Williams aka Yam Who?
Yam Who? is the internationally known alter ego of the label owner, producer & DJ Andy Williams. Ambitious & tirelessly active alongside his partner in crime Tom Laroye they are signed to Glitterbox Recordings as Qwestlife. He’s also behind the creation of 3 record labels Midnight Riot, Black Riot & Ism, all individually unique with a diversity of sounds and in recent years they have gained a worldwide following. Going from strength to strength, 2021 is all set to be a gigantic year!

The London based label founded in 2012 by Yam Who? has gone on to be one of the most influential & respected labels in the dance music world. Their ethos is a celebration of life-affirming positive vibes whilst residing in the epicenter of a scene that remains hugely popular, expertly moving between starlight Disco, House, Boogie, Afro, Gospel and party goodness!
After their biggest ADE party to date last October, 2023 Midnight Riot have parties & gigs bookedin Europe, Ibiza, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Brighton, & festivals including Standon Calling & Wilderness. Voted by Mixmag as one of the most influential disco label’s of the past decade they have gone from strength to strength with their feel good disco releases, chart topping compilation series, managing to catch the zeitgeist of a scene that remains hugely popular expertly moving between starlight nu-boogie, classic house and disco bubblers.
At the heart of Midnight Riot is a diversity of sounds from a global line-up of producers & DJ’s such as Dave Lee, Dr Packer, Ron Basejam, JKriv, Michael Gray, Art Of Tones, John Morales, Soul Clap and many more.
